Ben is delighted to join Random Farms for the fall of 2022 as the music director for the Edge and anti-bullying tour programs, and as the head of the voice studio.
Ben is a composer, actor and musician based in Bridgeport, CT. He studied music history and theory at the University of Rochester, where he also directed and arranged for After Hours, the university’s coed a cappella group, winning two ICCA awards for best arrangement, before transferring and graduating with a bachelor of music and audio from Western Connecticut State University, where he won the Furman prize for voice in 2015, and for piano performance in 2017.
Since 2017, Ben has acted, played, and directed music for over 50 shows in Connecticut and New York, performed in both musical theater, educational, religious and classical settings as both a vocalist and accompanist, and worked as a composer, recording engineer and arranger across a wide range of live, remote, and interactive genres.
Ben is excited to bring his experience, enthusiasm and curiosity to his work here at Random Farms.
